A few milestones…

I can’t believe how fast this is going. How many times am I going to say that? I remember being pregnant and setting up the bassinet in our room for him to sleep next to us ‘for the first few months’. Well, that time has come and gone and my sweet baby officially slept in his own bed all night last night. The most amazing part was that I didn’t cry.We did our new bedtime routine of bath, I read him a story (actually I ready 2 books… I was stalling cause I was dreading leaving him in his crib). I laid him down last night sometime around 9:30 and we didn’t hear a peep out of him till 3:30 this morning! He cried for about 15 minutes and it was really hard not to run in there but we just watched the video monitor and he got himself back to sleep. I was so proudWe slept with the video monitor between us all night so we could both check on him. He woke up again at about 7:00 a.m. Big boy!

I pretty much stared at this monitor all night long. So glad we have this thing!!

The other milestone was his first cloth diaper that I put on him this morning! How cute is this?! Can’t wait to see how this goes. I’m determined to make it work.He’s had them on all day and they are great so far.
